How To Upgrade Your Sceneuno SubscriptionPlease note that all Sceneuno subscriptions are handled using the browser app via Stripe payments. If you wish to keep using Sceneuno on the pay-as-you-go model then you can continue to make one-time payments via the App Store or Google Play Store. To upgrade your subscription, please follow these steps: Go to the Sceneuno web app on your web browser at app.sceneuno.com and log in or create a new account as a company admin. Head over to the settings page by clicking the settings cog towards the top right-hand corner of the screen and go to the ‘Subscription Settings’ tab. Choose from one of the available subscription options. If you need to update your payment methods, please see our ‘Updating Your Payment Method’ Tutorial.

How To Update Your Sceneuno Payment MethodPlease note that all Sceneuno payment methods are handled using the browser app via Stripe payments. If you wish to keep using Sceneuno on the pay-as-you-go model, then you can continue to make one-time payments via the App Store or Google Play Store. To update your payment method, please follow the steps: Go to the Sceneuno web app on your web browser at app.sceneuno.com and log in or create a new account as a company admin. Head over to the settings page by clicking the settings cog towards the top right-hand corner of the screen and go to the ‘Manage Payments’ tab. Find the ‘Add Card’ button and fill out the card details on screen. You can add multiple cards and select one as your default payment method. Please note that we will only ever charge the card selected as your default payment method until you change it manually.

How To Cancel Your Scenuno SubscriptionPlease note that if you cancel your subscription you will be reverted back to the pay-as-you-go pricing model and all of your tours and showcases will be lost after 30 days. If you wish to keep any of your projects on the database, you can pay the pay-as-you-go price for each tour you want to keep live for one year. To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps: Go to the Sceneuno web app on your web browser at app.sceneuno.com and log in or create a new account as a company admin. Head over to the settings page by clicking the settings cog towards the top right-hand corner of the screen and go to the ‘Subscription Settings’ tab. Select the ‘Pay-As-You-Go’ option which will revert your account back to the pay-as-you-go plan, which you can still use via one time payments if you’d like.

How To Create Property Tours With SceneunoSceneuno is perfect for creating detailed virtual property tours and works best for lettings and estate agents when you make use of our property database. Our property database links with other useful systems that we offer in the lettings industry – find out more here. To create property tours, please follow these steps. Log in or create a Sceneuno account and head to your dashboard. From here ‘+ Create New’ on the Property Tours module or go to the main menu and click ‘Create Property Tour’. Enter the address of the property (if the property already exists, you can select the property from ‘Your Properties’). Once you have created a property, you’ll be able to access your property dashboard where you can go ahead and click ‘Create Tour’. From here, you can add multiple scene types. To add videos, choose ‘Add Video Scene’ and, to add 360s, panorama and stills, choose ‘Add Images’. Once all scenes have been successfully uploaded, you can click ‘submit for processing’, and your tour will be ready to view and share. Please note that you must ensure that all images and videos have been uploaded before you submit for processing.

How To Create Create Showcases With SceneunoSceneuno’s showcase creation is perfect for users who are looking to create showcases for their products, vehicles or commercial property and buildings. To create a showcase, follow these steps: Log in or create a Sceneuno account and head to your dashboard. From here ‘+ Create New’ on the Showcases module or go to the main menu and click ‘Create Showcase’. Select the type of showcase you are creating and give it a name. Once you have named your showcase, you’ll be able to access your showcase dashboard, where you can go ahead and click ‘Create New Showcase’. From here, you can add multiple scene types. To add videos, choose ‘Add Video Scene’ and, to add 360s, panorama and stills, choose ‘Add Images’. Once all scenes have been successfully uploaded, you can click ‘submit for processing’, and your showcase will be ready to view and share. Please note that you must ensure that all images and videos have been uploaded before you submit for processing.

How To Edit Your Sceneuno User DetailsTo edit user details, please follow these steps: Go to your settings page by clicking on the settings cog on your main menu and go to the ‘User Details’ tab. Enter your password to make changes. Make changes to the fields you wish to update and click save.

How To Add Multiple Users To Your Sceneuno AccountYou can add as many users to your account as you need. Please note that any users you add will have access to all of your properties, tours and showcases. However, they will not be able to manage payments and billing or make changes to your account settings unless you make them a company admin. Follows these steps to add new users: Go to your settings page by clicking on the settings cog on your main menu and go to the ‘Manage Users’ tab. Click ‘Add New’ and fill out the User details. Choose which level of user you want to add (Admin or User) and click Add.

How To Change Your Sceneuno Login PasswordFollows these steps to change your password: Go to your settings page by clicking on the settings cog on your main menu and go to the ‘Change Password’ tab. Enter your current password, followed by your new password. Click Save.

How To Add A Watermark Or Company Logo To Your Sceneuno ShowcasesWatermarks are ideal for businesses that want to include their logo on tours and showcases. Please follow these steps to add a watermark: Go to your settings page by clicking on the settings cog on your main menu and go to the ‘Add Watermark’ tab. Click on the plus button and choose an image from your gallery. Click Save. Please note that logos will be displayed in a 1:1 ratio, so you may need to make some changes to your watermark/logo offline first for it to fit correctly.
